By car: Ruka locates 25 km north from Kuusamo City, 240 km from Oulu and 200 km from Rovaniemi and is easily accessed from every directions. Every cities above offers wide variety of rental car services.
By plane: Destination airport is Kuusamo (KMO) which locates 20 minutes drive from Ruka and can be accessed by Buss, Taxi or preordered transport.
By train (car train): Overnight car-carrier train connections are found in Helsinki, Turku and Tampere and they will carry you and your vehicle to Oulu (240 km from Ruka) Rovaniemi (200 km from Ruka) or Kemijärvi (118 km from Ruka) and you can proceed from there.
